Project Scope and Challenges

Objective: To safely dismantle and remove a 10-ton overhead crane from inside a facility, ensuring minimal disruption and strict adherence to safety standards.

The Challenge:Conducting the crane removal within an enclosed structure introduced additional constraints, particularly regarding space available to operate the large eqipment needed to dismantle such a large & heavy crane. Careful coordination was needed to ensure that all work was carried out without damaging the surrounding interior, while also managing restricted access for equipment.

Results and Client Benefits

Efficient Completion: Despite the added complexities of working indoors, the project was completed in a very short amount of time to fit the tight deadline.

Safety Assurance: Once again, the project was delivered incident-free, thanks to our rigorous safety protocols and planning.
